Saturday Work

DON'T LET SATURDAY BE POISON

Yes, working is important, but how much efficiency can you get from the staff you employ on Saturdays?

The weekend is so that people can rest, do their home shopping, take care of their special needs, and most importantly, spend time with their families. After working for 6 days, fatigue is not relieved in the remaining 1 day, other needs are not met, and the motivation of being able to spend time with the family is not enough for the whole week.

Shopping plans postponed during the week fill the mind during the day, unrested physical activity reduces work efficiency, and unsatisfied family and friendship relationships reduce work motivation.

Then why is employee engagement low?
Why are they leaving?!
We can't make you like the job!!!

blah blah blah…

Let people have a holiday on Saturday. Understand that it is not about working hard, but about working efficiently.
