Conscious Evil

George Orwell says;

“The greatest torture for an intelligent person is to live in the order preferred by ignorant people.”

From vehicles parked on the pavement; I will say that there is ignorance in this society, from those who do not pay their taxes to being forgiven and those who do pay to be considered 'idiots', but... since the number of university graduates has increased, I will not attribute it to ignorance! It is not ignorance, but conscious evil that dominates society!
