1. Legal Nature and Scope

Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, titled Disclosure Obligation, stipulates that the persons whose personal data are processed must be informed by the data controllers. According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”), Business Network World (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) is the “Data Controller”. With this Information Text, data owners; identity of the data controller, personal and special personal data such as identity, communication, biometric, visual and audio records collected and processed, personal data processing purposes, persons to whom personal data is transferred and transfer purposes, legal reasons for collecting personal data, to whom it can be transferred and methods, personal It informs the data owner about the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law, such as updating, deletion or anonymization, which the data owner may direct to the data controller.

The Platform does not have any responsibility for the data security on other websites in the referrals made on the Platform website (linked), and the information security policy of the relevant page to which the referral is made should be examined.

2. Data Controller

Data controller: Personal data within the Platform is under the protection of the Platform. The Platform takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the law and kept safely within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Collected personal data is processed under the conditions explained below and within the limits stipulated in the Law and other relevant legislation.

4. Your Personal and Special Personal Data such as Identity, Contact, Biometric, Visual and Audio Records Collected and Processed

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person is defined as personal data. Special categories of personal data are also listed in Article 6 of the said Law. In order to process personal and special personal data, the express consent of the personal data owner is required, except for some exceptional cases.

If you become a Platform user and open an account, your personal data may be processed by the Platform, specific to and limited to the service to be provided.

5. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

As data controller; Your personal data we obtain in the specified ways will be processed within the scope of our main field of activity, in accordance with Law No. 6698, within the framework of the purpose that requires processing and in connection with this purpose, provided that it is limited and proportionate.

Your specified personal data is processed for the following purposes regarding the performance of the employment service provided to you.

  • To create employment and support your recruitment process, to transfer your CV to the employer customer who requests it, to increase our service quality and to ensure service control, including your special personal data in your CV, can be transferred to domestic and/or international member employers.

6. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your personal data such as identity, communication, biometric, visual and audio records collected and processed in our company in accordance with the KVK Law;

  • To legally authorized public institutions or private institutions/organizations, such as relevant supervisory and regulatory institutions, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations such as risk management, reporting, accounting, internal control and auditing prescribed for the Platform in the applicable legal legislation,
  • To domestic goods and service providers, business and solution partners and consultants for the purpose of supplying administrative, financial, legal and technical materials and services needed by the Company and accompanied by confidentiality agreements,
  • It may be transferred to authorized public legal entities, private individuals or judicial authorities due to lawsuits and transactions for the establishment, protection and exercise of a right.

7. Ways of Processing Personal Data

As a platform, it is collected by transmitting your personal data, which we request from you, physically and/or electronically, to fulfill our legal obligations and to provide employment mediation services between us. Your data will be processed on the Platform only with your explicit consent, in accordance with the principles listed in Article 4 of the Law.

8. Processed Data

Your data that we may process for the performance of these services are as follows:

  • Identity data: Name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality
  • Contact data: Email address, address, mobile phone number
  • Special categories of personal data: Health information if you include it in your CV
  • Education data: Educational status, certificate and diploma information, expertise information, foreign language information, education and skills, seminars and courses attended, computer information, exam information.
  • Work experience data: Total experience, working status and title, work experiences
  • Visual and audio data: Photo
  • Other: Driver's license data, salary expectation, military service, reference information

In accordance with the legal legislation to which we are bound due to the performance of our employment intermediation activities, we keep your data in our systems for two years from the date of your last update and destroy it in the last week of the second year in accordance with our destruction policy.

9. Your rights

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can personally contact us regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity;

  • To find out whether it processes personal data about you, and if so, to request information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
  • To find out whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom it is transferred,
  • You have the right to request the correction of your personal data or the notification of recipients to whom your data has been or may have been transferred.
  • Destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
  • You can request that the third parties to whom we transfer data be informed about your destruction request.

We will finalize your requests in your application free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires an additional cost, we may request the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
