Hello, I graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University Department of International Trade and Logistics. My human relations and communication are very strong. I am experienced in solving problems as soon as possible and doing risk analysis. I am very enthusiastic about learning new things and developing myself. When I was in the last year of university, I voluntarily started to work a youth organization, in this department, I went to the international volunteer projects created in line with the sustainable development goals of our young people between the ages of 18-30 and finished the projects without any problems and returned to Türkiye. This department I worked for for 1 year; - Sales - Team Leadership - Intercultural Communication - Problem solving - persuasion ability, etc. has enabled me to improve myself in many areas. After graduation, I started to work in the Customer Relations Department of Warehouse Activities within Horoz Logistics in line with my competences. The 3 years I had full of new competences. The areas where I took part in the relevant department are explained in detail below. - I worked in coordination with the operation in the areas such as order, goods acceptance, shipment and storage in the daily operation of my customers. - To ensure that the necessary precautions are taken according to the FIFO method to ensure that the products in the warehouse are not damaged and not to be used. At the same time, using the palette joining operations to use the instant warehouse capacity at the best level. - Every customer management was different because the work areas of the customers I work were different. In this area, I learned to manage different customer portfolios in areas such as raw materials, cleaning materials, glassware, durable consumer materials, clothing, etc. - Customer distributed; From the exit of the product from the warehouse to the customer to reach the process - damage, return process completion - Monthly, weekly invoices to make monthly and annual stock counts and agreements - Making the current agreement and the approval of the customer - support for the development of the customer in order to manage the customer in order to manage the customer. - Customer to make domestic and international shipments smoothly - Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly warehouse plan and operation of operation and operation. - I have developed myself in many areas such as finding solutions to the customer's changing requests and needs and problems.
