The Story of Coffee
Nevada Coffee is made with coffee beans obtained from Typica coffee trees growing at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada This special region of Colombia was declared a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979. This mountain is 5,800 meters above sea level and 42 km from the sea coast. High relative humidity is an important factor that increases the aromatic intensity of our coffee.
Coffee grown in the Sierra Nevada is produced in the shade of native forests, in harmony with nature, without the use of chemicals. Combining high quality with environmentally friendly agricultural practices, this coffee has an intense taste with hazelnut and dark chocolate aroma This coffee obtained from Colombia is registered with certificates in accordance with international organic agriculture standards.
